Controls Service Manager

Mike Tereo serves as the Controls Service Manager for Benchmark Automation & Controls, a Fidelity Building Services Group® (Fidelity) company. In this role, Mike manages day-to-day operations, provides support to the Business Development team, oversees engineering projects, and supports project management. Because of his early involvement in DDC Controls, Mike has been instrumental in growing this sector of Fidelity’s business.

Mike has been a member of the Fidelity family for 30 years and has nearly 40 years of industry experience. Prior to Benchmark, Mike proudly served our country as a member of the United States Marine Corps.
